very tricky - disagree with reviewer below who says its impossible to put a piece in the wrong place. I obviously have because I have 2 pieces left which don't fit in the available spots. and I had to redo various bits of the background, which was the most difficult part. Spent 6 weeks on it on and off and it is the first puzzle to defeat me!

Pretty Tricky!

I've just completed this Heye puzzle, the first of this brand I have done.
Quite a tricky one in parts especially the darker parts with designs or writing on them. Also the drizzly white background. But definitely an interesting design and looked great when completed.
The puzzle quality was great, all pieces study and fitted together well. It was impossible to actually put a piece where it didn't belong. A bonus! No lifting pieces of the paper at the edges of the pieces as sometimes happens.

I generally redo puzzles I've enjoyed and I'll certainly do this one again!

Pre-Orders

If you have ordered a puzzle design which is marked as Pre-Order, it will be dispatched when we receive the design in our warehouse. If there is a delay and we do not receive the design within expected time-frame, we will let you know via email. We are happy to cancel your order at any time until it has been packed.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer $9.95 Flat Rate shipping to 70% of all Australians. This means that no matter how many items you order, your shipping will be $9.95. Unfortunately, due to the costs of delivery to metro and rural areas, we have to charge slightly more for delivery to those areas. Metro - $12.95, Rural - $14.95. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
