The long, warm days of summer are here, and what better place to be than by the sea, enjoying life in your very own luxury beach hut? This welcoming retreat has places to sit, work (if you have to), make refreshments and wash up. Its packed with the owners favourite seaside-themed bits and pieces, alongside everything youd need for a day at the beach - chairs, rugs, buckets, spades and fishing nets. Our lucky owner is having a paddle and is happily gazing out to sea, accompanied by her trusty canine friends. She seems to be so lost in the view that she may have forgotten her bacon sandwich and we think the cheeky chappie waiting outside the door may get to it before she does!

Pre-Orders
If you have ordered a puzzle design which is marked as Pre-Order, it will be dispatched when we receive the design in our warehouse. If there is a delay and we do not receive the design within expected time-frame, we will let you know via email. We are happy to cancel your order at any time until it has been packed.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer $9.95 Flat Rate shipping to 70% of all Australians. This means that no matter how many items you order, your shipping will be $9.95. Unfortunately, due to the costs of delivery to metro and rural areas, we have to charge slightly more for delivery to those areas. Metro - $12.95, Rural - $14.95. (In most cases the shipping costs us more than we charge and the discount prices we offer on many of our puzzles make it difficult for us to discount the shipping further.) The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please be aware that during peak times, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.premiumpuzzles.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
https://www.premiumpuzzles.com.au/ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
