Delivery with Insurance

If you select insured shipping, we’ll replace or refund your order if it gets lost while in transit.

This coverage only applies to parcels with the correct delivery details. If an order goes missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement.

For deliveries where you request a parcel to be left without a signature, we cannot replace or refund it if it is lost or damaged after Australia Post has marked it as delivered.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We’ll request an investigation with Australia Post, and if they confirm the parcel is lost in transit, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. Their decision will be final.
